Our traffic department of an online adult entertainment platform (18+ content) is currently looking for an ambitious Media Buyer to work with advertising networks, negotiating direct deals with publishers, and affiliates. Our company is the leader in the industry and our goal is to become #1 in any part of the world.
The position is fully remote with a base salary + commissions (uncapped). 
You will work in an international team with a positive supportive environment.

What are we looking for?

This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to make logical conclusions based on data analysis. 1 year + of experience in media buying is required. 
Fluent English, other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute media campaigns 
• Compare and negotiate rates, optimize for target KPIs keeping in mind your budget
• Prepare schedules and adjust when needed
• Experiment with new platforms and channels, look for new traffic partners
• Ensure ads are displayed appropriately
• Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI) 
• Collaborate and share your ideas with the team

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role
• Familiarity with media-buying, planning, and research
• Interest in following advertising and media trends
• Working knowledge of data analytics software 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail
• Critical thinking skills
• Team player, ability to efficiently communicate with other members of the team
